Add an additional text input on the input form to capture the title or description of a package. This field would be used for the <title> element of the RSS feed for the given package, resulting in a helpful title in my RSS reader.

As it is now, the title is just the tracking ID, and I have to go through several steps to go rename the feed. I often forget, and then have no easy way to match up the ID with the actual contents being delivered.
